The Feline Practitioner
Launching in the fall of 2022, a new quarterly magazine will be a go-to resource for AAFP Members. Members in North America will receive a print copy and all members will receive electronic access. Medical co-editors are Jessica Quimby, DVM, Ph.D., DACVIM, and Kelly St. Denis, MSc, DVM, DABVP (Feline) and issues will feature RACE-approved CE medical articles; feline educational features, and clinical case studies; rotating medical content such as practical reviews, conversations with experts, and practical tips on different topics; Technician Talk articles; news from our members; AAFP news; and much more!
Cat Friendly Practice® Program
The AAFP’s Cat Friendly Practice® (CFP) program is a global initiative designed to elevate care for cats by reducing the stress for the cat, caregiver, and also the entire veterinary team. It provides veterinary professionals with tools and resources to integrate a feline perspective into their practice. AAFP members have access to the program in the Member Center and once designated as an approved CFP, the practice will receive a marketing toolkit and continuous educational resources. The AAFP’s CFP program is available for practices in North and South America, as well as the Caribbean.
